Accurate Forming is an ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949 certified company which has been in the metal stamping field for over 50 years. Our components are supplied to many industrial OEM’s including medical, automotive, appliance, military/law enforcement, and ordnance customers.

We utilize both Minster and Perkins presses to produce high volume and high quality stampings. We work with a variety of metals including aluminum, cold roll steel, preplated CRS, stainless steel, copper, brass and precious metal alloys in a thickness range of 0.005” to 0.062”.

Customer service/quality is the goal of this company. Our processes and products undergo various testing procedures and audits and are the responsibility of our quality management team. We have leading edge quality control equipment including of non-contact measurement devices. Our highly experienced technicians work with our design and engineering departments to build quality into the manufacturing process. Our quality teams take care of the first piece approval, pre-production run approval and audits as well as in process inspection and final part approval using SPC as well as PPAP and FMEA where required.
