Accurate Forming offers a wide variety of high quality deep drawn components to Industrial OEM’s including precision writing instruments, medical, ordnance/law enforcement, marker pen, automotive, laser, sensor, probe, appliance, aerospace and flashlights. Our engineering department utilizes both Solidworks® and Autocad® to assist in the design of a high precision quality component.

What makes Accurate Forming unique is its ability to produce extremely high quality parts with long lengths and small diameters with very tight tolerances from aluminum, brass, stainless steel, cold roll steel, tin plate and a number of precious metal alloys. The ratio of diameter to drawn height of 8:1 can be achieved from stainless steel and 20:1 for other alloys.

A high gloss finish can be obtained utilizing our nickel or chrome plate line. Our plating operation provides a much higher gloss and is also much more durable when compared to other traditional coating methods. Other finishes available are buffing/polishing, high performance powder coating with many color options or electrostatically applied lacquer.

Customer service/quality is the goal of this company. Our processes and products undergo various testing procedures and audits and are the responsibility of our quality management team. We have leading edge quality control equipment including non-contact measurement devices. Our highly experienced technicians work with our design and engineering departments to build quality into the manufacturing process. Our quality teams take care of the first piece approval, pre-production run approval and audits as well as in process inspection and final part approval using SPC as well as PPAP and FMEA where required.
