Accurate Forming offers a wide variety of high quality deep drawn components to Industrial OEM’s including precision writing instruments, medical, ordnance/law enforcement, marker pen, automotive, laser, sensor, probe, appliance, aerospace and flashlights. Our engineering department utilizes both Solidworks® and Autocad® to assist in the design of a high precision quality component.

Accurate Forming is an ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949 certified company which has been in the metal stamping field for over 50 years. Our components are supplied to many industrial OEM’s including medical, automotive, appliance, military/law enforcement, and ordnance customers.

We utilize both Minster and Perkins presses to produce high volume and high quality stampings. We work with a variety of metals including aluminum, cold roll steel, preplated CRS, stainless steel, copper, brass and precious metal alloys in a thickness range of 0.005” to 0.062”.

Accurate Forming is an ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949 certified company which makes available a large variety of exceptional quality finishing options to its customers.

We offer unique finishing for premium writing instruments and medical instruments as well as for automotive, ordnance, marker pens, and aerospace.

Our fully automated chrome and nickel line creates a very high gloss and creates an extremely durable finish. Other finishes available are buffing/polishing, deburring, high performance powder coatings with many color options and electrostatically applied lacquer.
